Inktober sketch #18: ...rain?

For this Inktober sketch, I try something a little different. Instead of starting off my character drawing with pencil I draw with a pen immediately. Sometimes I challenge myself to draw using a pen because it forces me to continue the sketch without erasing. I also made the choice to use a blue pen (instead of a traditional black) because I feel it's a fitting color for this character. The character itself is an anthropomorphic female, a human-like being with some physical traits of a bird.
