Inktober sketch #27: Anton's Halloween Costume

A cute and funny theme of my characters dress as other cartoon characters for Halloween. In this case, Anton is dress as the main character from the TV show Arthur (and he's not very please about it). Drawing done in pencil, ink, and markers.
